The Cataldi Volleyball Club was started in July 2010. We started the club as a way for friends to get some serious volleyball games going at least once a month with out the pressure of paying to join an indoor league.
Usually two Saturdays out of the month we get together to play, BBQ, and basically just hang out with people that enjoy the sport of Volleyball. Players of ALL skill level are invited to attend. We even have a practice that goes on for an hour before each event. Most games are at Cataldi Park in San Jose California, but this is a traveling event. Past and future locations include Sunnyvale, San Francisco, and Aptos (Santa Cruz area).

June 25th The day it all began
It’s almost been a year since CVC has been created. We’ve gone through many different titles such as Bambi’s Bday, to First Friday Volleyball, and finally onto Cataldi Volleyball Club. Join us on June 25th as we bask in the presence of the beautiful summer sun, dominate in volleyball, and eat to our hearts content.

CVC Apparel: Officially getting more Official
Attention everyone!
If you would like to order any CVC gear, please bring cash this Saturday. We will be placing an order next week for the following items:
T-Shirts - Sweatshirts - Jackets - Duffle Bags - Pullover Wind Vests - Stadium Blankets
All T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Jackets and Vests will have the small CVC logo on the front and large CVC logo on the back.
Please bring cash so that we can place the order all at once, as we will not be placing another order until the summer.
Most items are between $20 and $30 which is a VERY good deal.

As always, it’s a potluck. So if you plan on eating or drinking, bring something.
We will be having a 1 hour practice starting at noon. Games and BBQ will start at 1pm. The practice is for EVERYONE. So if you want to work on anything at all, come at noon.
Also, we can always use extra volleyballs for practice, so if you have some or want to buy one, that would be a big help.

I hope that everybody is ready for a prosperous year full of fun times and memories.
Just a reminder that there will be no CVC meet this Saturday on February 5th due to the Lunar New Years, but we will be having CVC on February 12th. See you all soon.

It’s just the best volleyball club EVER!
We combine epic volleyball games with epic BBQ and together we get moments you wish you never experienced because afterward life would never feel as good ever again.
If you’re interested in CVC then come on through! If you’re not then your life must not be that significant anyways.
All we ask is that you follow a few simple rules and we can all have a good time.
1. It’s a potluck, so bring REAL food! (that loaf of bread isn’t going to cut it pal, neither is that 6-pack of soda)
